Salesious.io is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to build funnels, manage leads via CRM, automate WhatsApp and email workflows, book calendar appointments, host courses via LMS, manage community access, and use analytics tools. The platform also offers optional done-for-you (DFY) and done-with-you (DWY) services.

 
2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Salesious.io for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must not misuse the software for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.
 
3. Subscription & Payments

Salesious.io is a paid subscription service with monthly and annual plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. In case of failed payments or expiry, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel access. Pricing may be updated occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
 
4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, source code, design, branding, and intellectual property are owned by Salesious Technologies Pvt Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the system without written permission.
 
5. Integrations with Third-Party Tools

Salesious.io integrates with platforms such as:

Razorpay (for payments)
InstaMojo (for payments)
Stripe (for payments)
PayPal (for payments)
CashFree (for payments)
WhatsApp Cloud API (for automation)
Meta (for ad lead syncing)
We are not liable for any changes, limitations, or downtime caused by these external platforms.

 6. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if:

You violate our terms or misuse the software
You engage in fraudulent, spammy, or illegal activities
You fail to make payments beyond the grace period
 
7. Limitation of Liability

Salesious.io is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted use.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

 
8. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
