At Salesious.io, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our software and services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

 
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for first-time users on select subscription plans.

If you are not satisfied with your experience on Salesious.io within the first 14 days of activation, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

✅ Applies to:

First-time monthly or annual software subscriptions
Refund requests made within 14 days of account activation

🚫 Does not apply to:

Renewals or plan upgrades
DFY or DWY services (see below)
Accounts with policy violations or misuse
 
2. Software Subscription Refunds
Beyond the 14-day window, software subscription payments are non-refundable unless:

You were charged twice for the same plan
Your account was not activated after payment
A billing or technical error occurred on our end
We strongly encourage all users to attend a free demo or onboarding call before subscribing long-term.

 
3. DFY / DWY Services
Our Done-For-You and Done-With-You services are non-refundable once:

Work has started
A strategy/planning call has been conducted
Templates, workflows, or deliverables have been shared
Partial refunds may be considered only if the request is made before work has begun.

 
4. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please email:

Your full name
Registered email ID
Payment date and method
Reason for refund request
All valid refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this policy occasionally. Any changes will be published here with an updated “Effective Date.”
